ARB’s new mobile Pressure Control puts you back in the driver’s seat, literally!
Remember the good old days when you used to get off the couch to change the channel? Wouldn’t you just love to have one of those TVs back in your lounge? No? We didn’t think so. It won’t be too long and you’ll be saying to your children, “Kids, back in my day, I used to have to actually kneel down next to each tyre with a manual gauge. You’d have to hold your thumb down on a trigger and periodically check the gauge until you got it to the right pressure. And if you went too far, well, then you’d have to let some air out.” Your kids will look back at you like a crazy person.
INTRODUCING MOBILE PRESSURE CONTROL
ARB’s Pressure Control allows you to control your compressor and set target inflation and deflation tyre pressures from your mobile phone. Pressure Control eliminates the requirement for an inflator, deflator or pressure gauge and means you no longer need to kneel by your tyres as you are inflating or deflating them; it’s a real time (and a back) saver!
REMOTE TYRE INFLATION
Pumping up your tyres has never been easier or quicker than with the addition of ARB’s Pressure Control system. It brings the convenience of the air pumps at your local petrol station directly into your 4WD. To use ARB Pressure Control, you simply set your “target pressure” via the mobile app and then connect an air hose from your compressor to your tyre valve with a standard chuck (no inflator gauge required). The compressor, in conjunction with the Pressure Control unit, will read the current pressures and then start inflating to reach your pre-set target pressure. Once the target pressure is achieved, the compressor will hold line pressure and send your mobile phone both a vibration and audio alert. Disconnect from one tyre and move onto the next.
REMOTE DEFLATING
Not only can you pump your tyres up remotely but you can also use Pressure Control to let your tyres down before hitting the tracks. Let’s take the example that you are getting off the black top and onto a 4WD track. You’re looking to reduce your pressures from 36psi to 22psi. To deflate your tyres, you can run an air hose from your compressor to your tyre and then via the ARB Pressure Control app on your mobile phone, you can enter your target pressure. The compressor, with the help of the ARB Pressure Control hardware, will manage the release of the air down to your target pressure (22psi in this case) and then send you a vibration and audio alert via your phone. You simply take the hose off the tyre valve and move it to the next tyre. With the omission of gauges and removing valve cores, auto-deflating will be about as fast as using an E-Z Deflator, and you’ll have more time to get your maps sorted, grab a snack out of the fridge or take the obligatory loo stop before hitting the tracks.
ARB Pressure Control
with compressor connect app
Whether you need to pump up your vehicle’s tyres remotely or let them down before hitting the tracks, with ARB Pressure Control and the Compressor Connect app, there’s no need to always keep the inflator, deflator or pressure gauge handy - you can control your compressor and set target tyre pressures straight from your mobile device!

E-Z Tyre Deflator
The unique, patented design of the E-Z Deflator allows for removal of the valve core for rapid tyre deflation, while also providing accurate pressure reading via the simple movement of a sliding valve. Provided in a protective canvas pouch, the quality bronze Bourdon Tube gauge design ensures accuracy is not affected by fluctuations in temperature, humidity or altitude.
Corrosion resistant brass/stainless deflator tool
Fully geared, solid brass precision movement
Protective rubber gauge guard
Easy to read dial with one PSI increments

Thanks! I'm looking to purchase this ARB Pressure Control system and wondering how much the tiny 1/8 pressure control valve restrict the air flow for deflate. I'm currently use my DIY 4-way tires deflate/inflate system for my 35-inch tires and air down 35 PSI to 18 PSI for all 4 tires within 2-3 minutes. This ARB kit is a waste for sure unless I replace pressure control valve with a large one.

I actually have found with the added weight of the vehicle when airing down the system works really well and by the time i have finished i have had just enough time to lock in the hubs and get a few bits and pieces done then im ready to move... BUT im still waiting on others who dont have the system

@@boxandtravel Thanks! My package has arrived but no time to install yet. Thinking about install 2nd solenoid if it takes too slow.

@@boxandtravel Just installed and test ARB pressure control with my 4-way system. It's not that bad 😁 22 psi 32 psi (Before vs After install pressure control, all 4-tire at once) Inflate: 5:32 vs 5:48 (00:16 sec slower) Deflate: 2:30 vs 4:04 (1:34 min slower)

@@NerdOfftheRoad how much easier it it just selecting the pressure and off you go.. Great to hear it was a success:)

Definetly agree, especially if you are under the rain, sand storm , mosquitos killing you while deflating. Also as you said gives you time to unscrew the air caps while deflating. With the gage if you get slighty distracted and the pressure goes to low , then you have to conect the compressor, ending wasiting more time

Does the unit hold air when the app is not connected? I'm planning to add it to my existing ARB compressor, and use it to control my air bags.

Hey Chris, yes you can set the app/control unit to what they call "max pressure" so as soon as you hit the on switch in your car to turn on compressor. The compressor runs and pumps up to pressure as if the "pressure control system" is not there and not connected to the app. So yes as long as there are no air leeks the compressor will pressure the system and continue to cycle on/off as pressure is lost. So when running the air lockers i have my compressor "on" with no app connected and switch lockers in and out as need be... hope this helps

@@boxandtravel Yes. That helps a little. Thank you. I’m more concerned about the solenoid holding the pressure, i.e. I fill the bags to 70psi. Will they stay at that pressure? I’m hoping to use the app to control the pressure in the bags. NOT fill them up via an air chuck. Everything hard wired/plumbed.

@@chrisschott8044 so had a bit off a play with system and if i set the pressure to 80psi with no air line plugged so a closed system the solenoid holds pressure and the compressor never cycles on or off. But i dont know what will happen if your bags are at 70psi and then as you go over bumps i can only assume the loading up of the bags would raise the pressure as the bags are squeezed and this pressure would act back on the solenoid as its a closed system and how much it can take i dont know... but yes the solenoid holds pressure... hope this helps

@@chrisschott8044 Solenoid hold the air pretty well. I just installed ARB pressure control system yesterday and air tight test the air between ARB compressor and ARB pressure control solenoid overnight, in the next day afternoon I turn on the compressor and pressure is there, my compressor does not operate at all. However, I unable to test air tight between solenoid and inflation chuck as I know it has small leakage somewhere.

unfortunately the inderflate does not save multiple pressures, i can go from airbag pressure, to caravan, to car with out having to remember a thing. I also set front to rear at a different PSI... Plus i did think about getting this type of set up but surely those hoses can get out of control and knotted up etc. I do like the Inderflate product and idea but it does not suit my needs at the moment
