I read/heard somewhere that this song isn't about a person but rather a time. He was talking to his youth and realising it was leaving him. I agree with this - But as a fan, what made Oasis even more special to me was the songs that the regular listener wouldn't have a clue existed. These "hidden" B-sides are like 3 secret albums that hardly anyone knew about. Id rather not have the masses trying to butcher them and play them on the radio until they are hated.

I'm listening to this marvellous song and tears won't stop falling down from my eyes 'cause it reminds me of the day when I called a friend of mine names behind her back (I am not going to explain why I found myself having to do that, though).
