I think Noel and Liam both have romantic and kind souls. They’ve just been abused their entire life. Verbally and physically growing up. When I attended high school, I loved this song, so I wrote "If I had a gun, I’d shoot a hole into the sun and love would burn this city down for you" on my crush’s sitting spot. I did it when the classroom was empty and nobody could see me. He never discovered I was the one who wrote it for him. And probably, if he had discovered, nothing would have happened because I clearly knew he didn’t like me. He told my friend that he found me ugly. But now, some years later, this memory (linked to this amazing song) still touches me deeply. And I still think about him. He was such a good person after all. The only one in my classroom who was kind to me and didn’t bully me. I was so lonely and sad, marginalized by my peers, but he was different. Even if he didn’t find me attractive on a physical level, he was kind, thats why I will never forget you,Lorenzo. I hope you didn’t change because you have a golden heart.
