Travis had to " self defensively " pump his shot gun 3 times! Each shot was the equivalent of being shot all at once with 9 shots of 36 caliber if that makes better sense to anyone! He was physically fit and God bless him...still headed toward home when he finally fell.... RIP sweet one!

@NativeNYerChicHK4 жыл бұрын
Forget disturbing, it’s fucking terrifying. And “disregard for human life” is putting it lightly, this was more like a wanton murderous depravity. They were undoubtedly out for blood, all three. The McMicheal father and son duo started it, but that Bryan guy is not innocent as he likes to try to paint himself. He didn’t join in this chase to be a spectator, he put himself smack dab in the middle of it all in order to participate. Like a scene out of a freaking horror movie. Seriously. Ahmad Arbery retreated and retreated and retreated, he couldn’t have been less of a threat beyond willing himself to disappear into thin air. These men intended on ending his life. This wasn’t about any break in, that’s a farce, a completely fabricated story as their cover up. And they knew they could get away with it, that’s how emboldened they were in that town with the connections they have. And they did get away with it for 75 long days, up until whomever’s conscience got the better of him/her and they decided to leak the video to the public. This whole thing is absolutely disgusting. I hope the police that responded, their supervisors and the original local DA that declined to press charges, any and all who saw this video and took no action, I hope they all rot in hell, because I know they’ll not be brought to justice for aiding and abetting known criminals like they all deserve... So I hope they end up in the hottest depths of hell when their time is up on this earth.

@NativeNYerChicHK4 жыл бұрын
Rusty Millington Yes, before they chased him. They did not catch him in there. Those home owners said there were many people in and out of there while it was under construction. And the video proved he took nothing. Why the chase? Mr McMichael knew he did not have the authority to arrest anyone, that is why he lost his job. He should have called 911 and let real police officers handle it. But he couldn’t because he is a depraved individual. He, his son and that neighbor will spend many years in prison with plenty of time to think about their actions. Doesn’t matter what you think. They are going away for a very long time.

You braindead.
@shehnasim28184 жыл бұрын
@user name The Mcmichaels themselves said they first chased him on Burford Rd, drove past him, and started backing up, at which point Arbery tried to run past them. They then followed him again until reaching a corner, and Arbery again turned directions. Then Bryan said he put his car in the middle of the road. Wow I wonder why his prints might be on the car when its literally in the middle of the street as hes running by? The car had dents on it before the hand/gun fight indicating he attacked Arbery, which I guess to you does not qualify Arbery's response as self-defense? They wanna arrest this guy so badly but in all this time they dont call 911 really? A citizens arrest is not torture but what they did is not a lawful citizens arrest. The Mcmichaels themselves told either the investigator or GCPD they did not know if anything was stolen from the house. They said they brought guns because they saw Arbery reach into his pockets on one night. That sounds like probable cause? really? And a citizens arrest doesn't give you self defense as a defense for murder. fuck right off
@shehnasim28184 жыл бұрын
@user name Furthermore there was no immediate crime that they were aware of, only burglaries that had been known to occur weeks prior to the shooting, and they themselves told 911 they only had a gut feeling Arbery committed them. When interviewed, to explain why he had the victim's blood on his left hand, McMichael stated he touched the victim to determine if he was armed. He said he pulled Arbery's hand out from underneath him and did not find a weapon. Addressing blood on his shoe, McMichael dismissed the blood claiming it was his own. He made that claim notwithstanding he had no visible injuries or wounds on him. Without any further examination of the explanation for the blood on his shoe, the police did not investigate the issue further and did not photograph what was obviously relevant evidence. From the evidence the logical conclusion could be drawn that the blood got on McMichael's shoe from a kick he delivered to the already dying man. The unchallenged acceptance by the police of the obviously self serving statements made at the scene by these defendants proves that local police officials are not qualified or suited to prosecuting these crimes.

YOU were assaulting the victim first by chasing him with a shootgun. What do you expect the victim to do after he's been finally caught by someone chasing him with a Shotgun? Stand there and say "OK, You caught me, now go ahead and shoot me"? Hell No, Your gonna fight for your life once you got caught, or you can take a chance with uour life and start pleading with the gunmen, begging him not to kill you. But I believe Mr. Arbery did what je thought was best, like i would have done. Start fighting for my life. How is fighting for your life, attacking your attacker or killer?

Who in their RIGHT MIND chooses to attack someone holding a shotgun, unless they are 1000% certain it’s a do or die scenario?? It should’ve been totally evident based on the facts of what occurred that these wannabe neighborhood cops were not out to kill him. (at least to anyone rational and of average or higher intelligence ) Their decision to take the law into their own hands and attempt to detain and identify using firearms is what they will likely be found guilty of in leading to Ahmaud’s death. But the truth also exists that Ahmaud’s mental health also played a large role in what ultimately caused the actions which resulted in Travis having no choice but to defend himself by shooting Ahmaud…otherwise obviously risk being shot himself if Ahmaud was successful in removing Travis’s shotgun. I’m really surprised how many don’t comprehend that two things can be true here.

@davidgaugamela98013 жыл бұрын
Keith the Moron, this is from The Law of Self Defense, a channel here on KZbin. There is a video about seven items of evidence that the judge will not admit into the trial. This is one of the seven. The jogging myth has nothing directly to do with the murder charges but It is a central part of the mainstream narrative that an innocent young Black man was jogging recreationally in a White neighborhood when he was lynched by three White racists. This narrative is ridiculous, donkey. They had cause to stop and question him because he had just trespassed (they though it was breaking and entering, a felony, which gave them the right to effect a citizens arrest), there had been a series of recent break-ins in their neighborhood, and one of them had a handgun stolen recently from his car. The murder charge is separate, imbecile. The defense will show at trial that the younger McMichael shot Mr. Arbery only after he made a sharp left turn, assaulted him, and grabbed the shotgun, causing him to fear for his life and the lives of the others. If you charge after a man with a loaded shotgun it would then be used against you. He had a right to shoot. It was self defense you stupid brainwashed clown.
@keithanthony9743 жыл бұрын
@@davidgaugamela9801 You're funny. Did someone throw your toys out of the pram? The law of self defence is a channel that presents an amateur, racist interpretation of the legal case . I had a conversation pointing out his errors, and he responded with a litany of incorrect statements of the law. I should say lies, since they were deliberate half truths. Should still be up there if he hasn't deleted it. But that's a good thing. It shows exactly how weak the defense case is and that anyone with an understanding of the law knows it. I am an attorney, and I'd walk over him any day in court if he brought those broken arguments in. The judge won't admit irrelevant evidence into the trial, because....it's irrelevant. The defence desperately wants Arbery's history and character in to influence the jury. But since Arbery isn't on trial, his past doesn't matter. The facts leading up to his killing do. So, let's take your argument. You say that they had cause to stop him because he had just trespassed. The evidence presented by the GBI at the Probable Cause hearing stated that they had no idea that he had been on the construction site when he ran past, and they decided to pursue him. This derives from their own statements. They weren't trying to perform a Citizen's Arrest based on knowledge of a crime. They stated themselves that they were trying to detain him. That's false imprisonment, unlawful detention, attempted kidnapping since they had no basis for that detention. He was under no obligation to stop as they had no authority to detain him. The previous break-ins, gun theft etc. aren't linked to Arbery anywhere, but hey, he was the black guy running by. Legally, they had no right and no grounds to do a single thing to him. But they chased him, pointed guns at him, and hit him with a truck before boxing him in and shooting him. This IS the murder trial, and it's not separate in any way. They committed felony assault and felony kidnapping,
