It's Brandon Johnson. He's relatively new to dubbing, this is his first lead role in an anime. He's also a GTA RP streamer on Twitch, appparently he has an extremely good vocal range.

When a character like Arc has been fairly calm and well put together for almost the entire season you know that anything that actually made them lose it like this is VERY much boned. Though I must admit I liked how Ian Sinclair made the slimy monster tamer even worse by making it seem like the loss of his monsters was nothing significant. That "eh?" as his pet loses it's head is just so cruel. They could have made him the sort of tamer that gets angry with the death of his monsters which might have made him slightly (but only slightly) more acceptable but instead he is such a sleazeball that he doesn't bat an eye when his pets die.

Ian Sinclair did a very good job here despite this being a small role he could have easily "phoned in". You can tell he's enjoying himself. Minor spoilers here but Arc isn't the only person this guy should be afraid of.

I hope this show gets another season. I decided to give it a chance, and it has a likeable main cast of characters. For me that's one of the most important things a show needs to be fun to watch. Even having one overly obnoxious/dislikable character really detracts from a show for me, especially if they are a common reoccurring character.

Honestly I think it would have been more effective if Arc didn't say anything and just got to the killing, refusing to speak another word to him.
