For the record, I’m not about to watch a 2 hour video including both of their responses, I would rather watch a 20 minute video about what is going on. Honestly, this video isn’t really blown out of proportion for its contents, and the titling of “drama '' is not circumstantially inappropriate. Moreover, it seems to contain impartial evidence and the person speaking provides a neutral standpoint for the entirety of the video (the exception in which he reserves judgment for the end). This isn’t just some blatant channel that farms off of “drama” per se, and people who give a good and accurate description for an event shouldn’t be labeled as clout-seekers. That’s like saying all news sources are opinionated and trying to gain an audience, and should be under scrutinization for that. Honestly to me, it seems like you are looking for attention for fixating on such a minute detail of this video instead of a substantiated claim.

Also, the titling of this video is a basic technique used among journalists and content creators alike called headlining to indicate what the content of the material will be as well as catching the attention of onlookers. The word is also placed in parentheses and with explained (which would seem more prominent, saying “(Drama)” or “(Drama Explained)” next to in which gives it a more subtle effect of presence, so it’s not as if this person was trying to create an overt appropriation of the matter. With that being said, how can you say the person who created this video’s ulterior motive is clout? Whatever the motive also doesn’t devolve from the seriousness of the matter at hand in this situation. What you said doesn’t correlate strongly with the content of the video too. It would be a little easier for me to get what you are coming at if you substantiate a bit so I’m just going to take it as is.

I feel nicole in this situation, because i was groomed too when i turned 17 and a 20 year old ""dated"" me...and when i tried to tell people i've been groomed they always had the same arguement "you weren't groomed" "you were old enough to know" "that isn't what grooming is" while completely missing the entire point of grooming...anyone can be groomed, at any age. You don't have to be a minor to be a victim, you can even be in your 30s and be groomed. I still struggle a lot to tell people about me being a victim, because i know what they will tell me, it's really discouraging me from ever coming out about it. I’m absolutely disgusted, that in this situation Edward is focusing more on the KZbin channel than their relationship, the main focus in this situation. I hate that this was labeled as "drama" this wasn't drama.. Nikki at one point said she wishes people would respect why she wasn't going to say why they broke up. But the people kept pushing her and honestly harrasing her over leaving a relationship she didn't want anymore. She didn't talk shit about him at all and then edward came in out of nowhere with his crocodile tears on live. Which to me, hearing that Nikki didn't receive any love from him and nothing more, along with edwards public tantrum. Nikki did something I never had the courage to do out of fearing being alone so I admired and supported her decision. At first I thought edward just wanted to clear some air on his side too and ended up breaking down, it wasn't until Nikki came out with her story when I realized how much more there was into it. And how obvious it kind of was. Nicole didn't just talk about him, she talked about her past sexual truama too. What led her to edward in the first place. Please do not title this is drama

Late, But I feel like this is something that should be talked about more: His parasocial relationship with the viewer who watches him. In his 'addressing the drama' video (The one around 3:40 , the Insta story one), he pushes so hard that he's the one that communicates with the fans and he's always nice to the fans, Also addressing that he reads the comments and Nikki did nothing for them, and also that he knows his audience is younger children. He's literally trying to captivate to young children who come across the situation and play with them like puppets for his own financial gain. he pushes this parasocial relationship onto kids that's so unhealthy and it should absolutely be addressed more. I haven't seen anyone talking about it, but its so important that he talks about how Nikki is only in it for the money, When really, it's him.

The victim blaming, the manipulation, and not being able to admit he was wrong. My dad did almost the same stuff to my mum as edward did to nicole (not gonna get into personal life) and it’s like they’re literally the same person.
