no expection that in nes ver you fight a final boss with guns barehand like an early Konami arcade game did unfairly and resets you to the beginning of the game, and the arcade ver has one hit kill knife guys which resembles the reality😂 super hard game, even the nes version has a fucking maze in the final level to increase the gameplay length, the motorbike stage is decent but the overall game is super primitive and hard except the scene design is good

@Pete_Hahn5 жыл бұрын
Thanks! It's a definitely harder, mostly because they throw more enemies at you in a couple stages (1 more biker in level 2, for example) and also the bosses have more health. The timer becomes the single greatest threat at that point; You almost have to speed-kill all the regular enemies just to have a chance at beating the boss with enough time.

@@Pete_Hahn 417,000 last night. I should record these. But then, where would I submit the video and score? What's the official high score leaderboard for MAME games? BTW, what do you use to record your game? How do you do it?
@Pete_Hahn2 жыл бұрын
@@jonathanlegthigh8264 There's a couple places you could submit it, and they have each have pros and cons. But, almost all places that verify emulator scores require you to use an anti-cheat version of mame called "WolfMame". It can be downloaded from MARP (Mame Action Replay Page), linked here: replay.marpirc.net/ Get the latest version of this, and then you have to record an INP (input) file which is your proof that you upload to the site you're submitting to. Recording an INP file isn't very straight-forward; the newer versions of WolfMame have a built in tool in the GUI, and in older version you'd have to use a command line prompt. There's a few tutorial videos out there, I made an old one years ago for the command line versions: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rpPScmewo5mGeMk Once you are done playing after recording an INP, you simply zip the file by right-clicking on it > send to > compressed (zipped) folder. That file gets uploaded to MARP or Twin Galaxies, the 2 sites that I know of that track emulator scores. I could go on about the pros and cons of each choice - MARP's website looks like it was last updated when MySpace was new, and Twin Galaxies requires you to participate in adjudicating others submission to submit your own (1st one is a freebie, I think). First step is get set up with WolfMame, and take it from there...Good luck and happy gaming! 💪

It plays just like the arcade DD2. Renegade is a historically strange game; it's a direct prequel to River City Ramson, the prototype for DD, a spiritual prequel to Combatribles, and it also acts as a Rip Off of Warriors, long before there was a Warriors game.

Yup, final can one-shot you here too, except in the arcade version the enemies on mission 4 can also 1-hit KO you with the business end of their ice pick. Also, I have no idea why they start you with only one life in this version; perhaps it’s because the game is so short?
