So, if you have a board with only a V-sync and a monitor with both V-sync and H-sync, you should combine the two sync into one wire?

Hi! I have an arcade monitor a ARCADE VGA + a PC. I have connected the arcade vga to the arcade monitor. How do i power supply the arcade monitor? There are 4 wires coming from the monitor chassis. What kind of power do i need? Thanks

The biggest problem I guess is that the wiring plugs are different on many monitors. This may be a dumb question but I cant find an answer. Is it possible to use an old TV monitor ?
