No problem man! Have you contacted customer service? I contacted them the day I posted this video back in October 2019. I didn't get my replacement PCB board until the middle of December 2019.

mine is stuck at the loading screen. it doesnt even go to the game select screen.

Sounds like somebody was messing around in the EJB menu and bricked the game. People were warned about it ...

I never accessed the menu. Had no reason to.

You're probably gonna have to replace the PCB. If I'm not mistaking they sell them on Arcade1Ups website.

Probably, I still haven't gotten a replacement pcb board from Arcade1Up yet. They said they would send me a new one about a month ago. At least I can still play Mortal Kombat II & Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3.
