How to clean an Dragons Lair LD v1000 Laserdisc Player

My discs from my 1991 pioneer CLD 1090 would not play cleaned the lens and it worked. Used a Q tip and stuff I clean my eyeglasses with.

I worked at an arcade distributor back in the 80's in the shop. Fixed alot of those machines. I always used q-tips and alcohol as I can recall. The two long screws on either side of the board that was toward you that you took out stay in the board and it hinges up on them.

Ever heard of a videodisc arcade game that uses an RCA CED videodisc player? I have & it's called NFL Football,I believe similar to the Stern Goal to Go football arcade game.
