any1 interested, i have a secret in the beginning of the game, where your in the "Storag Room" room where you kick/push a switch to lower the platform to get out, after killing all the zombies even after the platform has lowered, wait a bit longer while killing other zombies that may come, and a single Army Soldier will come out from the left side with a Heavy Machine gun which you can take from him and getting an early weapon found in the 2nd half of the game.

i am a firearms amateur. despite the cartoony style of the game, i can see that the guns are still so well detailed they can't be generic, so i can know what guns they're based of. here's their names and trivias: Handguns basis pistol: clearly an Colt M1911 , the very first version of that classic american pistol . the date of its creation is indicated in its name. it will be a very popular gun for its precision and firepower with the 45 Auto ammo in the decades to come , originally made for the US army by John Browning , but it will be adopted by pretty much everyone. it was one of the very first successful pistols with the Luger , the Mauser C96 and the Browning high-power , made by the same conceptor. has 12 rounds in-game, for balance purpose , while a real 1911 would have seven bullets Revolver Magnum: it looks like a Colt Python, which would be anachronistic in the 1920s. the 357 Magnum ammo (which is a more powerful version of 38. Special) will be made in the 30s and the Python, in the 50s. a more appropriate choice of big-caliber revolver would be an S&W 10 or Hand ejector , or a Colt Detective or New service Dragoon or Single action Army Zombie revolvers: zombie cops and some gangsters are seen with little revolvers in the game, they're possibly one of the revolvers i talked above full-auto guns: Tommy gun: one of the nicknames of the Thompson (named after its creator John Thompson). it was like a mini-machine-gun with its 50 drum magazines it can equip , with powerful 45 Auto (the same ammo than the 1911 so it has the same firepower than the pistol) it fires as well as its heavy weight. originally a gun made for the US Army since the 1910s (WW1 was already over when they decided to send the gun to US troops in europe , at that time it was named Annihilator) , used by mafias , it will become a gun of terror at that time. Originally made by Auto-ordinance, then retaken by Colt. the version seen in the game seems to be the 1928 variant by the form of the barrel. machinegun: is a german WW1-era MG08 . is normally too heavy to be wielded. Fires 7;57 Mauser ammo. very surprising shotguns: Double-barrel: also called a Lupara (italian for "sawed-off"). fire apparently 10 gauge ingame , a type of powerful shotgun ammo pump-shotgun: is clearly a Winchester 1912 with longer tube. also originally made as a US Army gun, it was used during the world wars. nicknamed the Perfect repeater. fires less powerful 20 or 12 Gauge . explosive guns: rocket-launcher: anachronistic model of Bazooka. they will be only created during WW2 grenades: MK1 or 2 "pineapple" grenades. are specifically american-made fragmentation grenades. they don't use explosive powders to explode, instead they goes into sharp pieces which pierces the victims. hope this was nice to read. i never played the game unfortunately

otherwise i noticed there's also zombified american soldiers who use the simpler of the 1928 Thompson. They use the same 45. ammo , but the character can't pick them their mags for ammo, probably because it would be complicated for Vinnie to switch of magazine or take the bullets. there's also Springfield rifles (likely 1903 or 1917 Springfield) which are seen in some parts of the game and like the little revolvers, they can't be used.
