Certainly German, I think Stalight transcribed incorrectly... But even for me as a german its really hard to understand what is said.... Even as a native german I can't really transcribe. But "Abscheuliche Erinnerung, Bis zum Ende" (the last 2 lines) are very obvious german and also I dont think there is a germanic language that would sound like this. Those words are quite specific.
