She knows Cait wants Vengeance and she also knows, thanks to Salo, that Caitlyns family name also "bewitches" people. Shes a perfect pick because she knows that Cait is in a really bad place what with her mother just being murdered and funeral attacked, so shes easier to manipulate and control (and we know Ambessa is probably the best at manipulation left in the city), and that her name alone is an easy way to manipulate all the important people into backing her choice.

Yes, the Kiramann's helped the Undercity by locking the Grey away!! Caitlyn went against her mothers wishes and released/weaponized the Grey to enact chemical warfare against the Undercity in order to find Jinx. The opening animation is amazing but it is also straight up police brutality with a sprinkle of chemical-based war crimes.

Poor Vi, she just can’t catch a break especially when Cait tried to kill Jinx but a kid got in the way, luckily Vi stopped Cait from taking the shot and almost killing the kid if she moved at the last minute or second

Man it would have been a real shame if Vi just used those gauntlets that would let her lift a horse one handed to... pick up and move this 20 pound child out of the way lol. Instead she just goes back on her word to Cait immediately the second she had an excuse lol.

@@Orapac4142really? you think vi would want the cycle to continue, another child watching someone they clearly care about die in front of their eyes, like she had to, and jinx had to, twice each? this is SUCH a stupid argument. a child being there changes the ENTIRE situation and ripping the kid off of her would have changed nothing other than isha wouldn’t have died with jinx, she would have become another person seeking revenge for the death of a loved one. cait used to care about breaking that cycle, but she has lost herself. SHE was in the wrong there. not vi.
