Controvertial take here so bear with me. I dislike playing with and against the cops (The blues). 80% of the time their connection is so shit, it makes McDonalds wifi look like fibernet ethernet connection. They are so clueless that you would believe me if I told you they live so far deep beneath the earth that the remains of long extinct Plateosaurus would be considered their neighbors. I do not dislike the players, they are just like all of us here to enjoy the game. But I will have to say the only joy I had interacting with blues so far has been blasting GTA San Andreas OST while being chased by them in liurnia when trying to kill an AFK farmer. I also think they are the victims just like us, being exploited by AFK farmers and runners to do their dirty work. If you are a honest blue out there, goodluck skeleton.

To deal with lag abusing players, you have to attack where they are going to be. This is a common counter strategy in all games. You need to understand how latency works, it's best noticed in an fps shooter You have a corner, and a player on each side Whoever pops the corner first will likely win if he doesn't miss, because the player that's waiting for him to pop around the corner will need to wait for latency before he notices you. This is what created the change in call of duty meta, instead of being careful, a better strategy is to go full send around the map and our reflex the other players Kinda like speedball To kill laggy players, take into account how many seconds of latency there is, it's probably going to always be less than half a second Hit where they are GOING to be, and when that timer is up, is when your hit will register on their screen. Laggy players have a disadvantage, and, anyone who complains about them needs practice for sure, You didn't complain, but many people do

Yeah, there's definitely a different set of behaviors to use against latent players - but some things become downright impossible (rollcatching, for example), so it's not always enough
