Late to watching this but a big thing to consider is the total ammo reserves on this vs traditional slugs (I was using it with 1 reserve mod and had a total of 40 rounds or 20 trigger pulls) way more than that of a slug especially paired with fourth times

Ive been having a ton of fun with the curiated roll for the shotgun. I got lucky on my first exotic class item from grandma Eva and landed a liars/ dragons shadow roll so it synchronizes really well with it

I've been having fun with a prismatic No Backup Plans build with this and Acrius. Running a holster feels hood on both and swaping between them to unload is a lot of fun.

Air triggers reload scalar is significantly higher than what anything else offers in the column so if you aren't running grave robber, I'd say it's the best reload perk.

Except? The reload speed on this is only of each slug, not the entire mag. So the scalar is only applying to the reload between each slug. Its not nearly as fast as a standard mag weapon and due to only loading 1 at a time you’ll have to reload and jump a few times before being able to fully reload it. Dual Loader is likely going to be just as fast and much easier to use. I say this as an avid Air Trigger lover lol

don't forget air trigger also applies a outlaw reload affect while air borne so not a bad option either but not ideal as you have to keep spamming jump to keep the reload buff. but honestly man I don't know about this shotgun. Could be I'm bored of the burst frame weapons, we have had hand cannons then pulse rifles and now a shotgun. it performs ok but just doesn't feel right to me?

Ahhh, you are right! I did forget that Air Trigger has that nice reload boots! It is an odd feeling weapon though. It doesn't feel quite as...clean...to me as our single shot slugs, but it might just be something that I have to acclimate myself to. 👍👍

Its not good. On mag weapons and very low base reload weapons its great. Sadly due to the way slugs reload the scalar only applies to each slug reload. With a 12 round mag size youll be jumping a few times before being able to reload fully. Dual Loader is going to be a bit better when reload from 0-max.

Dual loader is a must imo. It is painful without it. I love this gun tho. First pve shotgun i have been excited about in a long time

I've really been enjoying it as well! Dual Loader is a huge help. Personally as a Prismatic Warlock, I've taken a shine to Grave Robber since I have 3 charged melee at all times...but that is a pretty specific case. 😅🍻

Not calling out KZbinrs but man that does get a bit annoying with every video. Got one with FTTC + PI with flared magwell and a reload mw capping the reload speed. Its actually not THAT bad when youve got high reload speed. But more importantly FTTC gives that free ammo and extends your mag making it feel very ammo efficient too. Though Im still not sure if the reload was intentional. Seems weird the 120 scount shoots 1 at a time but reloads 2 rounds per (3 eith dual loader) but this shooty shoots 2 but only reloads 1 per. Seems off lol

The free ammo is loaded in is very nice with Fourth Time! Keeping the reload at arms length while focusing down a target is a really solid feature to have! 👍🍻

Honestly seemed like a good shotgun from what little I've played with it, though I personally don't get along super well with burst fire weapons so it's unfortunately likely to just sit in my vault for the rest of eternity.

That definitely understandable! It can hit for some solid damage, but if the burst-fire nature of the gun doesn't resonate with you, the vault is probably the best place for it! 😂🍻

Sorry it's taken me so long to get here. I was trying to figure this weapon out in PvP. Overall? Its...Ok. In all honesty its definitely a PvE weapon, but sometimes you gotta try the road leas traveled. But now my feet hurt and I'm tired of walking!
