With the act 1 seasonal artifacts there's one which makes slowed targets burst into a stasis explosion when you kill them. If one uses this exotic it will slow enemies in an aoe and then capitalize on them with the seasonal artifact

I managed to get Spirit of Harmony and Spirit of Ophidians on the same Exotic bond. I'm so excited. If the data for the Super energy gains are the same, and players are coded as Majors (~3% energy???) then I should have a massive Super advantage in PvP modes.

I love this gun! Have two rolls master worked.

I got an accelerated coil, clown cartridge and res burst with charge time master work. Without the artifact perk, it was more of a meh build imo. And getting melee hits without ranged melee is kinda counter productive as you really want crits on LFR. Rapid hit + B&S is pretty much more cut and dry and doesn't require you to risk getting into melee range when you are out of melee charges. Ironically a cross counter liar's handshake build works really well but you already punch way harder than you shoot....

Coming back to say this is great. Ended up leaning into this entirely last night. Running threadlings nade arcane needle, Needlestorm. Then running The Call, Tessellation, Promemoria. It's all strand and there's 2 dealer choice weapons. I'm getting Needlestorm SO FAST

Thats insane, lmao. Imagine in onslaught or anything similar. This gives a ton of super energy and kind of alleviates some other factors with specific subclasses. idk if this is spread to the other classes but its pretty lit. will keep an eye out for it for surges too.

I have a enhanced ResB/CC roll, with CC & then the weapon origin perk enhanced by the artifact it goes to 15 rounds.

Interesting didn't know about the artifact perk. As for the linear, I think I'll pass. I know my dumbass is gonna go to dps without having meleed an enemy a single time 😅 😂 I'd rather have precision instrument since its the same damage.

Have the Clown + Burst combo. Yeah it's pretty good but doesn't stack with the artifact boosted perk. Gonna be using it a bunch on arc Hunter.

I prefer the dynasty series (medieval dynasty, sengoku dynasty, etc.) But this game is like animal crossing and stardew valley had a baby and im enjoying it. I am just very bored of fps games...

Honestly scorch is THE MOST AGGRAVATING THING EVER why in the world is solar the ONNLLYY SUBCLASS THAT NEEDS STACKS like what was going through your mind fr volatile and jolt are so much easier to proc why do I need to build up stacks to ignite something and to kill something with ignitions you need to apply just enough stacks to where it doesn’t die to the damage your dealing or the scorch itself but from the ignition it’s absolutely the stupidest thing ever

btw, clown cartridge and the seasonal artifact make it absolutely disgusting, another really good roll is rapid hit voltshot, tap a ad, reload with extra speed, lay into the boss with voltshot and watch the health bar disappear

Just tested a roll with clown/res burst, <:( it does nothing. Cast no shadows overflows to 200% mag size similar to clown. Definitely an interesting roll to keep for next season when the artefact gets changed!

So basically - get a Clown + Reservoir roll and then sit on it until Linears get buffed

Your succession was getting the surge bonus as well because it’s kinetic and you had a super selected that was also a surge.

been looking at line in the sand as a potential anti tormentor option for in the raid. Sleeper is good but slow, low reserves and takes up exotic.

the changes coming will make it as if ALL surges are on, so it doesnt eeally matter whether you adjust it to without a surge

They should let the origin perk overflow it by default. Maybe not to 2x bc that seems a bit much for an origin, but maybe to 1.5x mag size

There is a Line In The Sand...and I'm on the other side saying No Thanks to this linear. I'm quite happy with my LMGs and rocket launchers.

If were speaking mostly on best Reservoir Burst use case, I'd recommend Arc Warlock with Ball Lightning melee for range (you're using a linear) and the fragments "Beacons" for blind explosions on arc heavy while amplified, and then "Brilliance" for blind explosions on blinded enemies. Deconstruct in 3rd column could add "potential" damage boost so I'd probably go for that since I'll want to be relying on origin trait and artifact mod as a reloading mechanic.

Really sad they went back on letting us unlock all the mods in the seasonal artifact.

From my understanding, any damage changes they are going to make in the future may change the specific numbers for a particular weapon, but the proportionality of that number vs. another weapon's numbers will stay the same. Provided surges are factored out, obviously. For example, we currently know weapon A does 100 dps and weapon B does 200 dps. The relationship of those values won't change; it'll always be B = 2A.

Compared to wh in dmg you have to remember you can wh the floor and direct hit the enemy so you have 2 shots hitting them at the same time

you can try it with hunter smoke, since the melee hits multiple times

I think the point of reservoir is to actually give linears some utility. Compared to every other heavy weapon type, linears only role is to deal good sustained damage, and that has been the case for a while. Even machine guns are good at not only add clearing, but also doing solid enough sustained damage on majors and minibosses. Thats also why euphony and still hunt are really good weapons, as they deal incredible amounts of damage as special weapons, letting you free up the heavy slot.
