About the Ruined King you are curious about, there is a book called "Ruined King"(which you already know) , a game called "Ruined King", there was also an in-game event called "Sentinels of Light" which also comes with a bunch of cinematics called the "Sentinels of Light" (Senna: Dark Passage, The Climb, Senna Shadow Embrace, 2021 Ruination Cinematic trailer, Before Dawn, then 3 or 4 Sentinels of Light recaps and the final video is called Absolution) those are the chronological order I remember 😅

Mel Medarda is indeed a Noxian. You can recognize it by the red (cloth) and dark (black) armor. All the nations have their own armor designs. Noxus is red and black, Demacia is blue and white (with gold accents and the angelic imagery).

The only sad thing about the MMO is that Ghostcrawler left to make his own MMO. I'm assuming creative differences were an issue. So he's no longer working on the Riot MMO. The announcement was made in November 2023. Him leaving has kind of extended the expected time frame of the Riot MMO release. Riot did announce they're still working on it, but because there are no leaks, no info, etc no one knows how far they've gone. Generally I'd imagine that they're just going to spring it on everyone at some point, but unfortunately it'll probably be a few more years at least. Great vid. It's always so much fun to see people react to Necrit videos and learn about how deep and vast the lore goes.

No, the announcement was made in March 2023. They also shared that they were resetting the direction of the game and thus they are going black for a couple years. It will definitely be released but most likely not before 2028. Riot wants to make sure this game will the most successful MMORPG ever.

If you're curious about either RUINATION or SHURIMA, then I've got a playlist with all the cinematics, the Necrit lore explanations and a few theme songs, all in the correct/best order. The RPG game that he mentioned is "Ruined King: A League of Legends story" its a Turn-based RPG about Viego's Return and in the meantime we learn more about the champions who is on your side and some lore of the shadow isles and bilgewater :) (I highly recommend it)

As someone who has both read Ruination and played Ruined King, they are absolutely worth it. I think they're both pretty easy to get into without prior knowledge, but that might just be me being biased, it's hard for me to judge since I have ten years of League shoved in my brain lol.

Therer never has been an official release date from riot about the mmo ever. There have been tons of speculations about it coming out in 2026 with a beta in 2025, but those rumours were based on nothing and were completly crushed by the ceo of riot himself stating 2-3 months ago that they reset the project since they didnt like where it was going. It is not abandoned, atleast not officially.

I think you read into Demacia hating mages a bit too much, they aren't going to split up zones based on class. He over exaggerated a bit... mages can live just fine in Demacia, they don't die or anything just from existing. Also the video is a bit outdated as the entire Mage Rebellion is already over and was the storyline of a separate Riot game based in Demacia. So chances are, in the future, mages will be able to be made in Demacia like normal when the game does come out.

at 15:00 ish you ask if the ice in their weapons doesn’t melt, and the answer is no, True Ice does not melt ever, at least not that we know of, we have not seen a single true ice weapon break or melt yet in the lore. there is a character in the game that uses true ice to keep his booze(alcohol) ice cold forever because it doesn’t melt.

I think that in his story Ornn was able to melt True Ice. But Ornn is a god so the rules are probably different for him.

i said this in his video but ill also say it here. i think piltover and zaun should be part of the base MMO. several reasons. one its allready part of that land. also if they make ionia how would you get there? take a noxis boat? also the citys might have alot to do but the land around them is mostly part of other areas so it makes sense to make it part of the base game. funny thing is i have had several people say im a idiot and they should be expansions. i dont understand their reasonings. one it would push back all other expansions two i think it was necrit super fans that were upset i countered necrits opinion and three with it pushed way back arcane story will be long over. this year is the end of Vi's and Jinx's story so they will move on from that part. i still havent seen a good reason to make it a expansion other than fans say "see necrit was right". and really? thats a good reason?

Según recuerdo, hace no muchos meses Riot anunció que había que iban a empezar DE CERO otra vez. Por lo que seguramente el juego saldrá más o menos en 2028 si no recuerdo mal. There is great example of what I said about Necrit in my previous comment. His videos and takes of lore are based mostly from his opinion and views. He starts with Demacia and calls it racist, even tho it's not completely true, and even tho they had every reason to become one, and then calls Noxus cool region and that their conquering isn't bad, even tho they literally have the c*mun*st mindset and did multiple war crimes, using deadly chemical weapons, abusing animals and using children as weapons in war.

So a few details that you missed in Arcane because you didn't know the lore: Jayce is originally from freljord when we see him with his mom in that snow area and that mage teleports them to piltover so they could survive the snow, also the reason he uses a hammer is because freljord is the norse theme region so he's inspired by Thor mythology a dude with a large hammer that shoots lightning. Mel is theorized to be from Targon by her armor because in her dream we see her mother adopting her while killing all of her targonian tribe(noxus has a famous saying "kill them until they are family"). Ambessa(Mel's mom) is Noxian which is said in the show. Finn(the dude that tried to betray silco) is most propably of ionian decent because Ionia has very asian themes also you can see some Ionians with weird hats in episode 1 when the gank walks first time the streets of zaun. Lastly the people that tried to make a deal in episode 1 with that short guy in the bar of Vander that Vander threatened were from Bilgewater because they paid with silver serpents(currency in bilgewater), also the fact that vander gave one of them his pipe to smoke and they said that it was disgusting, the people that are pirates that propably don't shower and live in filth really speaks volumes for the human condtions in Zaun. Lastly that Bat dude that was with the firealights and with ekko was a Vastayan half bat half man.
