Tree is Maokai. Mermaid vastaya is Nami. The "mechanical doll" is Orianna. Soraka is also a celestial so she's been there since the beginning.

Other people have talked a bit about the giant tree with the evil grin. Maokai is actually a good guy, as much as you can have good and bad characters in the Runeterra lore (SPOILER: at least in The Ruined King game. He is being corrupted by the Black Mist in the game, but he fights against Viego's mist as a vengeful nature spirit).

Nami, the mermaid-looking Marai (meaning fish-vastaya), has a short comic series (maybe 1 book, it's been months so I forget how many) and some cute/funny lore. She is the Tidecaller, the Marai from her clan who protects the world from a Void Portal in the ocean. The only problem is that to protect the world they need a moonstone from the Aspect of the Moon (Diana, though this would be the first time Diana was to trade with the Marai, the previous Aspect was the one who made the deal I believe). In exchange the Aspect required an Abyssal Pearl, something that their best warrior needed to get from the Void Portal. Diana maybe doesn't know about the deal, or maybe is preoccupied with her work, but Nami was supposed to meet her but she never showed up, so Nami had to make the call to travel on the land to find this Aspect and demand a moonstone so the world doesn't get attacked by the creatures from the depths.

The tree is Maokai (anagram for I am oak btw :) ) and the fish Vastaya is Nami! I mained her for like 10 years now after Sona got her first rework in season 3 and didn't really suit my playstyle anymore. She recently got nerfed to the ground cuz she and Lucian as combo overtook proplay (100% pick or ban) and therefor she also got meme'd as Lucian cheats on Senna ingame :D Also the half-dragon is Shyvana - the lady with the flowing dark spheres was Syndra, but you'll get to see them in the power ranking video again so, I'm hyped for that!

A rioter confirmed he is in his early twenties. He is not the only one he got wrong. Akali is also way off. There are a few Reddit posts explaining that his headcanons are really weird and off. So unless he is reading from the source material, take it with a grain of salt.

​@@greenin5537a rioter just saying something randomly on twitter or reddit does not make it canon. Sett has a noxian father who used to fight in the noxian fight pits in ionia. While those could, in theory, be set up before the invasion, odds are they were not. And the invasion was 14 years ago, so that makes Sett 14. But he is half Vastaya, so he might age to adulthood faster and then stay young for longer than humans, which could explain his looks.

@@petar1401 That makes Sett 14 AT THE OLDEST. The war lasted 5 years so he COULD be the same age as Annie. My realistic take without handwaiving how Vastaya age (since to my knowledge that isn't confirmed anywhere): Riot Games messed up by saying Sett is as old as the invasion is, and no amount of screwing around with numbers is going to fix anything canonically. Just say that Sett's stories haven't happened yet, and will start to happen in about 10 in-universe years. My funny take: wouldn't it be hilarious if Sett actually was 14 and all his pictures are just him super close in the scene so it makes him appear to be bigger than he really is?

Drop the names eh. -Nami is the little Mermaid that is blessed by the moon and is pretty strunk. -Shyvanna or just Shy. Is a military trained Dragon girl. Since she was raised by humans she took the form of a human. She was raised in Demacia and is the King's guard. In game she is anti-dragon because she was trained by dragon slayers. Hence why A-Sol has a love hate relationship with her, along with dialog. She can get 'infinite' power by killing dragons so she's pretty unique since infinite scaling normally isn't that niche. -Leblanc is "big brother" of Noxus. She pulls the strings and is trying to find a way to kill Mord. Because Mord let himself get killed...twice. And while Leblanc was the tool that killed him she knows he's a monster. Also think of Leblanc like Alpharius: she doesn't exist, she's everywhere, you are Leblanc, I am Leblanc, we are all Leblanc. -Syndra has infinite power and a infinite ego. She killed everyone who ever tried to teach or help her. Would likely be the strongest if it weren't for her ego. -Maokai is a tree...but also has undead powers (shadow isles more specifically). -Yordles like Shyvanna take the form of what's near them. -Lulu got lost in a magic forest chasing rainbows and invisible things...so she became the most odd and magical. -Kled grew up near humans constantly in war, mostly Noxus. -Rumble grew up near trash now he's the king of trash... -Veigar got tortured by Mord. Now he's a failed dark lord, usually ends up saving the day by trying to prove he's the most evil by killing another evil lord...and letting the prisoners go, to spread the word of this new evil lord... -Poppy grew up near Demacia and now has hero worship despite being one of the strongest Heroes. -Teemo is broken, mentally. He is basically a PTSD scarred champ that has a fake smile because inside he's in pain and uses jungle warfare. -Vi and Jinx aren't sisters. I know people want Arcane to be canon but it doesn't make sense to, and that's not a bad thing. It causes waaay too many issues with lore to say that Jayce MADE hextech, he did not. He's gifted for sure but not the inventor, way too young. Also hard to fit in Singed storyline with current Arcane unless he leaves pretty quickly to do some nasty stuff abroad. -Master Yi almost single handedly took down the Noxus invasion of Ionia. Despite being a young master he felt like he should try out his techniques when Noxus invaded and it made Noxus so scared they nuked his village so there could never be another Master Yi, hence why his picture is with him in a graveyard. Likely the strongest mortal in all league.

@@Rosabella.Thorne7 A single person can't be on all fronts. She is referring to her region. Her village was full of pacifists. But you can clearly see there's combat specific regions like the Kinkou. Yi himself was born with the ability to see the past. So he learned the Wuju style from looking into the past. It alone as decimated armies and had them so scared they had to destroy his village and flee. Keep in mind you have several champions in Ionia that simply shouldn't fight immediately and likely weren't apart of the first few battles, like Karma. Karma literally carries the ENTIRE spirit of Ionia within her. If she dies, so does Ionia.

Sometimes his headcanons are way off but since he is the most famous lore person everyone blindly believes him (like the joke about vastayas coming from people mating with animals).
