This is the second reaction in which people somehow don't understand that 1. yes, Vi was turning herself in by using the message tube that was given to Vander and 2. yes, she got the rabbit off the wires to give to Powder and 3. yes, she's turning herself in.

I've watched a lot of reactions, and I'm used to people not getting that Vi's turning herself in, that when somebody notices it I'm surprised. But hey, don't expect much if you hear "is that Vi?" on the Jayce flashback scene lmao

I don't get how she could think it is NOT the rabbit from the wire, just because they saw it up there earlier. Like, that's literally the point. As a viewer you only saw it up the wire, and getting explained that it has been there all this time. So Vi taking it off and giving it to Powder is basically a major red flag that is telling you that she's kinda saying goodbye to Powder. Vander immediately recognized the situation as such as well. Do people really need to visually see Vi taking the rabbit off to understand such an obvious scene?

Apparently Arcane is set in the Year 985 or 990 and Powder was born in 975 so after doing the math powder is around 10 and VI was born around 970 or 973 so VI is around 15.

It starts out seeming that way (with hints of it being otherwise) and then ~post-time skip the “good guys” start making bad decisions and the “bad guys” start doing good-ish things or have good intentions revealed. I really love the bait-and-switch this show pulls, especially seeing reaction channels slowly realize it. Some channels, weirdly enough, never do??

Regardless of if he was acting as an asshole or not, there are a ton of criminals and criminal activity repeatedly in the Undercity so Marcus acting like he does doesn't have some amount of justification. The Undercity isn't a great place. Some good people down there, but a lot of bad ones too. Also her name isn't pronounced "Vee" It's pronounced "Vi" exactly like her name looks. Viktor isn't part of the council either, only the people in the chairs are.
