Bro, you speak English. You have headphones on and you're sitting a foot away from your monitor. Why on Earth are you watching this with subtitles on? I'm watching you read the words, I can see you doing it. Subs for a foreign language show? Sure. But subs in the language that you speak? I don't get it. The performance is in the visuals, not the text. And if you're constantly looking up and down from text to image, then you're not really immersing yourself in the program. Strange.

@jackspratt7264 English is not my first language and having subtitles regardless helps me keep up with the dialogue when I'm commenting over it. Such a weird thing to have a problem with when I'm focusing on both dialogue and visuals? You're also implying that I wouldn't be immersed if I'm watching a foreign language film/show... do you see the double standards here?

@@mattragel Oh, you must really have trouble with the English language. Because I NEVER wrote that I had a "problem" with it. I wrote that it was strange. That's an observation not a conflict. I could care less what you do. It just looked weird.. The end.

I am glad they kept the "at least 1 song segment per episode" rule from the last season, these new songs are bangers. Sevika vs Smeech fight was colorful and exhilarating, really cool tone, shows that not every fight has to be mega dramatic. Someone on twitter noticed that both times Vi fought Sevika in S1 those scenes started with Sevika gambling/playing cards, so the slot machine in her new arm was probably tailor made specifically for that hobby of hers by Jinx (we can see Sevika gradually get more and more into the fight cranking the slot machine, almost like a gambler's high).

Oh yeah Sevika was playing cards before she fought Vi in season 1! The slot machine in the arm honestly feels like a 'game mechanic' so I wouldn't be surprised if that's a reference to an actual thing in League of Legends, but even if it's not it's still a fun and unique weapon nonetheless.
