Good one Chris. Was getting into that story before you cut him off.

Ironic that the Endeavour is found just as Australians, like most of the Anglo Saxon sphere mired in guilt and self-loathing, are starting to question their own history, culture and heritage

Why do we have to watch Australian news for news in America? Our news channels suck.

Most of their customers are from America. Because they payout on Biden every 5 mins. Don't get me wrong I love Americans 💕. It's just what I've noticed.

Old news, remember reading about this years ago! It was positively identified by the timber’s used in the repairs done at endeavour creek in North Queensland in 1770.

Who would have thought that during the Americas Cup in 1983, Aussies were sailing over the wreck of the ship that founded and settled Australia! Awesome.

Maybe Australian National Maritime Museum and RIMAP could build a small museum near the wreck to give the inevitable stream of "pilgrims" a destination to visit.

leave it there? for what? The Americans dont know or care who he is. Hes not a significant figure in American history. Should bring back all if not a few relics from the find. Hes the reason for the country we enjoy today.

If it is true, you will have no problem finding someone in RI who can sell it to you guys. Don't listen to this expert, guaranteed there is a guy who knows a guy who get you a deal on it. It could be sitting in You museum next week. (For a small fee.)

Rhode Island, I am sure a little searching around will produce 'a guy, who knows a guy and the endeavor could be in Australia in a week. As my father used to say, Rhode Island's motto is "Everything falls ff the truck in Rhode Island"
