Archbishop of Canterbury: Accepting Gay Marriage Could Mean Murder of African Christians

Reverend Justin Welby has told LBC he believes that if the Church of England accepted and embraced gay marriage it could lead to the murder and persecution of Christians in Africa.

Christians have always believed that God allows persecution of Christians on Earth. Christians have never beleived that God would just step in and stop it all until the end of the World. We will all be judged one day and if you feel christ will be happy with homosexuality then go ahead. For me it is a sin along with many others we all commit everyday. We will all perish unless we turn to Christ and believe in him and his grace. Jesus died to take the consequences of sin, all we have to do is believe in him. Read John 3 v 16.

BODALLA Obviously the archbishop is not concerned about Gods attitude on sin and has no fear, or respect for Gods powers. As he does not seem to be upholding Gods word. Surely the playing of popularity politics because he fears an even greater alienation of the general public towards the church, says more about society turning away from God and not the other way around. Surely by not showing the courage of that great old testament prophet Daniel. Of being prepared against all the odds to stand alone for God, will only bring Justin Selby a special judgement. He is in danger of becoming an unwitting puppet of the Devil. I make no apology for using a lower case (a) for archbishop as in the eyes of God their is no hierarchy only brothers and sisters in Christ! As in his eyes we are all equal and as Justin Selby makes reference to the sermon on the mount of love towards homosexuals, through you shall love thy neighbour as thy self! Then he should know that the core of the sermon, is stating that no man or women should be elevated above any another. Hypocrisy is the tongue of Satan and it seems as though the Anglican church is now speaking in this very tongue.
