He probably paid a lot less for this hidden gem incorporated in the beautiful landscape and jungle of one of the most beautiful countries in the world, than for a house in Hollywood where he would have had to live door to door with other celebreties. A place like this, that is already soundly incorporated into nature with architectural finesse is probably very hard to find, especially with the buildings there, which basic structures have been there since many decades ago. The atmosphere there must be unbelievable, warm temperatures, nature, animals, silence, friendly people.... This property is one of a kind!

LA is getting ridiculously overcrowded to the point of it being like NYC. All of that land and good weather gone to waste with multiple cars PER household clogging up the roads and ruining the air quality. I’ve got friends who were born and bred Californians who’ve left and moved to Hawaii. They said it was becoming ‘Mexifornia’. Pretty soon it’ll be overrun with disease ridden, free loading illegals, although you can sense this downward spiral with every passing month. There’s a housing crisis in many CA cities and sadly govt. housing is readily available for FREE if you don’t even belong to this country naturally. What was once considered the ‘Golden State’ is no more (I visited about 6 months ago and it’s overrun with rude foreigners that treat it like trash! Ugh don’t even get me started on some of the ethnic neighborhoods-dirty, crime addled etc.. A lot of these people bring nothing good to the table.) WAKE UP CA!!!
