It is not extravagant at all; Some of my friends have bigger flats than that and they're not famous at all! I LOVE this apartment, the library with the ladder, the plants and all, but I could never use a bathroom without a window. it's too claustrophobic. and as cool as the blue tiles, the tub with the four ancient-looking taps and the vaulted ceiling are, I don't think that the dark colours help in that regard.
