An absolute beast of a song, I have been having the blast of a lifetime with it. I'd gladly pay for a full album made entirely with songs such as Handshake With Hell and House of Mirrors. I love how this song brings back a huge 80's vibe in form, structure and energy. It's a kind of sound that is not so common anymore nowadays, and I am super into it. The way Arch Enemy blends that with their own sound makes it feel revitalized and a breath of fresh air to me. To some extent, it's what I dig from bands such as Unleash the Archers, albeit with a different approach. I also love the duality of this song and how the calm, melodic and sort of mellow sections build up to explosions of metal energy. Here Arch Enemy mixes this brutality and beauty in one really cohesive package that is topped off with a truly classic feel on the solos. Great job guys, please keep them coming!! \m/

Oh my god! She did it! She is singing clean! I hope that there are 1 or 2 tracks more on the album with clean vocals! This would be the perfect balance between new musical areas and the brutal roots of Arch Enemy. I guess everyone would agree, if I say that the only bad thing of this album is that we have nearly a half year to wait left because it will be released on July 29th... But my hype is still absolute real! Edit: My pre-order is done.

I mean, look: Johann and also Angela didn't sing clean. It means that "old school" Arch Enemy is a bit more brutal if you know what I mean. But Alissa has got such a good voice (during growling and clean singing). I would be a bit lost potential if she don't sing clean. I trust in Michael, Jeff, Daniel, Sharlee and Alissa that they all try to arrive a good balance between the "two styles". But I hope that they don't change too much. I mean it would be "not Arch Enemy" if there is more clean singing than growling/screaming/shouting and (I just said that) I'm sure that they use it in a moderational way to "prevent" the Arch Enemy sound we all love so much!
