Hi Nu, i'm one of your subscribers from italy, i got into archery something like a year ago, you talked in one of your videos, how you picked up archery as a way to help you with a hard moment at some point of your life, wich is the reason i picked up archery too, so i bought me a bow and started shooting in my backyard, but since i was really on a budget, due to what i could call chronic unemployment :D i picked up the cheapest bow i could find a Geologic Initech 2, 49 Euros and change here in italy wich is around 73 australian Dollars, reviews on this bow was awful, stuff like, carbonfiber limbs break, the 28 lbs limbs will bend the riser after a few shots and all kind of stuff, honestly...i'm shooting it since a year without any problem almost daily, i shot thousands of arrows with it and it is still in perfect shape, wich seen the reviews should be a miracle, i got the 70" 28# version but 28 lbs could be an exageration of the manufacturer...but still a decent bow, for my particular case it was a win...so al this to say...man i would love your opinions on it...and i would defenetly love a review from you...thank you very much for your awsome videos they have been very helpful and i learned a lot and i really enjoy them...you and archery have made things better. Thanks for being a true Sensei ;) Quote: What is a Teacher? The gap in the vertical thread is there because there's a vibration damper behind it.

My Ultima I had no side tape applied. Bought 6 months ago.

Hm. I must have stuck it on without remembering it (I never ended up writing on mine). The windage markings are new though.

It is extremely useful for field archery. For regular 70m rounds not so much. I've marked it several times using fine pencil and erased it with rubber eraser. On a side note, windage tape was applied by factory but that is one I do not use. My bow is tuned to shoot same windage on any distance.

Sounds like cost cutting on manufacturer. Shorter shaft, smaller knob. They can save at least 15% of production cost. That's big deal for them.

Northy which has a horrible vertical adjustment system
@GARBAGE39957 жыл бұрын
TacticalMoonstone but it is shown that the system that the win and win sight uses (with the vertical adjustment on the side of the bar) works no where near as well as the system that Shibuya and Axcel use, which is probably why they are pretty much the only brands of sight seen on the world stage.

it's that cheap and horrid rack and knob system that's used by the cheap 20 dollar cartel sights, it's wobbly, inaccurate and really really shitty. How they justify putting that into a 230+ sight is beyo9nd me, pure highway robbery. The Shibuya dual click actually uses that same system, but that sight was introduced in 1999!!!!!, and it still sells for 150 bucks which is batshit crazy. For 1999 it might have been current tech(or even state of the art), for now?, it's "20 bucks cartel sight" tech
