+Dylan Yates We are using what is called a back tension. A little different from your standard trigger release. You find them mostly with target archers.

Yes I am using a Tru Ball Hot Tension for my target shooting and hunting. I have no complaints with it at all.

+ellie yocum for me, the bow balances better at full draw. Everyone has their own unique form and essentially have different setups. Even though the majority of right hand shooters have their side bar on the left side, mine feels more comfortable on the right.

you shoot tournaments right? If so, i admire you xD I shoot at a youth club (im 12 btw) that shoots at only ten yards. in my back yard i usually shoot 15-20 yds. The reason i admire you is because last week at the archery club i go to, one of the parents said "Whoever shoots all three of their arrows in the gold gets a free chocolate bar" The set before this i got all 3 gold, (keep in mind im the only one shooting a recurve bow without a sight, just a stabalizer) i shoot once in the 8, possibly touching gold, another one the same way but on the other side, and i did that again on top of the gold, but guess what.. NONE OF THEM WERE TOUCHING GOLD xD. I want to do something like the vegas shoot when im older but just by saying "ill give ya a chocolate bar if you shoot all gold" made me extremely nervous.

thats a really small draw length. maybe a diamond infinite edge pro or a bowtech fuel

Sparkon785 umm, recheck that because I'm 13 and my draw is 25 inches. To find draw length measure your arm span and divide it by 2.5, that'll get you close to it

Your draw should not be starting 30 to 45 degrees from the horizontal. You should be drawing from the horizontal every time.
