I have a shop in America, been running it for 21 years. I have stocked multiple target bows every year from multiple brands over the years, and have found that even with the most popular colors and models IN STORE, sales numbers and statistics show that over 90% of the time we end up losing a significant amount of money on those demo bows we have brought in. We have run target leagues, lessons geared specific to target archery, etc... with no positive effect on the number of target bow sales. I have conducted surveys with many of the other stores in our region (Utah, Idaho, Wyoming) and have found that other shops have had similar sales related to target bows. It is what it is. 95% of our customers hunt and buy new bows every couple of years, while target archers buy a new bow on average every 6-7 years. I would bet that a big part of why you sell so many is because in your country firearms are so heavily restricted, and because you don't have a large hunting pupulation as we do here.

idk man, maybe all the pro shop owners in the US don't know what they're doing. ;D

@@finq0997 or, they simply don't have the target archery market. The suggestions posed in the video for offering target bows simply haven't worked in practice.

Dont comment about our Gun laws , if you dont understand them, First off its not Heavily restricted , anyone with a clean police record can apply and get a firearms licence , in Australia we dont need stupid Military weapons , we use hunting rifles . And many Hunters in Australia with rifles , often learn Archery to, it makes you a better hunter.

My reason to buy a hoyt was for the SVX cam... thats why i havent switched from my invicta i love the feel of them just to much i will probably never swap unless some other company goes to a type of spiral cams

Lancaster barely stocks target bow themselves. Most of the time you have to special order it with Lancaster. They carry an eclectic 8 of them. Usually Bowtechs, a Stratos randomly and never lefties(except for Exodus which is ambi), and never a Title.

I think it's still cera coating, wich chip off. I like the anodized colors way more, durable and shiny beautifull.

I think I will just stay with my 2024 Prime RVX36 and call it good.

I would guess the Hoyt engineers are smarter than you think. Theres a reason not every shooter is going to Bowtech Elite and PSE. ToPoint…never heard of them so probably not on Hoyts radar outside of Chinese copy cat crap.

I don't know if they're smarter than he thinks but they sure are smarter than he is.

The ConceptX 40 riser isn't really that much longer than the Stratos 40. Much bigger difference at 36/37".

String angle is quite a bit different. Read the Hoyt White Paper on the bow.

Archery Supplies Could it be that the PSE engineer influenced this design, they even added an X to the name of the bow, like the Supra X and the Dominator Duo X? Hoyt was characterized by being a stable bow with little torque effect even with aggressive cams. I think they rushed to release a product they designed on a desk, they did not test their elite archers before putting the bow into production and now they are forcing their sponsored archers to use it, I have information that they do not like it and have not adapted to the Concept X vs the Stratos. We will see what happens. 🤫🤔

You mean like the HOYT Podium X from almost 10 years ago? That "X"??

I was just saying this is a copy of the topoint online and a guy was arguing with me, too be fair topoint have been copying hoyt and other brands for years and remember the las system pse had i wonder why they dropped it. I think most custom string are fine to shoot on most bows.

I’ve eventually become friends with the LAS system on my Shootdown, and can now tune a more or less correctly spined arrow in minutes. Just need to remember when reversing direction, you need to take up a bit of slack before it bites. Took a while to get used to. Apart from that it works a treat
@robertmiller6822Күн бұрын
@Ezzie0304 yeah man I just put mine in the middle since I'm not to sure even on elite I usually line up my rest by eye then only need micro adjustments on my rest so I barely touch the tuning systems even on my bowtech I got a bullethole with it on factory settings.

lookup a new Darton, It has a pretty good tunning system, you will likely tell it was PSE

Butthurt because he can't get a Hoyt dealership. Too obvious. It's most of the motivation behind his videos.
