Agadeems awakening would only be able to get back Jaxis or Disciple but not both. Legend rule is a state-based action and can not be responded to, so Matt can not sacrifice Jaxis to the Disciple. See rules 704.1 and 704.5j.

Good catch on the agadeem! We forgot about that in game 😂 As for the Jaxis, he sacrificed the remaining one after the legend rule applied.

@@DjZam28 Agree, i feel the deck wants to do many things. Unique idea i guess, tatsunari is already a bit weird in the sense that there are many ways to build it. I change mine every weekend lol, but is the deck i most love right now and have fun. I decided to finally go with mutate but might change it later.

Legend rule isn't sacrifice, you also have no chance to respond to it so sacrificing one to Disciple wouldn't have worked

Juri doesn't actually trigger off of the legend rule, as the legend rule places the extra copy into the graveyard similarly to sacrifice, but the extra copy isn't actually sacrificed. So they were played correctly in this game.
