Probably the AUR (Arch User Repository), it has a lot of software you can't really find anywhere else. And it being a rolling release distro (No Arch 20.x.x, it's just Arch).

the AUR as above, less bloat install what you like without using the installer you learn a lot about linux oh, you use arch btw

Used to be the AUR, but over the last year or so, many of what you have been able to only find there has crept into other ecosystems through similar systems. On Fedora, COPR and Terra have brought a lot of things over. AUR is still king, however, in that standpoint. However, it is rarer to not be able to find what you need on something like Fedora than not. You can certainly lower the amount of bloat, but there are ways to do that with Fedora through their net installer iso (Fedora Everything), but not to the level of Arch. Arch is a great distro and if you want to learn the low level more, it is a good way to go. If you just want a solid and stable desktop, then it is no better than other main options, as long as you know how to maintain your own system as it does not hold your hand.

Problem with archinstall is the 8MB efi partition. No one knows what to do with it. Or how to mount it or create it

I would switch back and forth because I REALLY like pacman but Gnome on Arch with Nvidia drivers on Wayland didn't work properly. I was thoroughly surprised 2 days ago when I tried Arch again and all the issues I had were gone.
