This is a beautiful camp..I have a tiny home ..one bedroom ..in Casco Maine .. it is my piece of heaven on one of the Maine state forests ..what a magical home !

@@CottageandCompany I bought a lil abandoned camp for 10,000 and put blood sweat and tears into it. It’s a gold cart ride yo Sebago Lake /kettle cove and point sebago golf course. It’s perfect. Leased land..but someday I’ll get on the land owners section.

Palmer, I'm not sure why you are showing us this beautiful cottage? I enjoyed seeing it, and for a moment I thought you and Alec were going to say you owned it. Are you into renting out homes now? I know your cottage is for rent, but is this in addition to your place. Are you into real estate sales and rentals now? I miss your previous format of what it was like living in Vermont on your own property and cottage home. I know you now say you live on a sailboat? So much has changed on your channel. Maybe you can expand on what is really going on in your lives.

Some houses was built-up in way with well using space that looks bigger than it is. Like the kitchen is small, but with an impression of space, it sound bigger

Yes! This cabin is actually grandfathered in. It's built on an old cabin foundation. Septic and other restrictions prevent new builds this close to the water. Interestingly, this cabin has a septic holding tank vs a system to comply with code.

They need to have a real wood burning stove in the living area. The kitchen gets plenty warm on its own. It doesn’t need one.

It's about 700 square feet. Yes there are many places smaller, but this little gem is also rather compact 😊
