Unless there is maybe a health situation involved , l would never ever sell this beautiful place. I would spend the rest of my life right here. Maybe with the occasional visiting the city or having family out for beautiful family time....l would never leave this beautiful slice of heaven. It's gorgeous. The only thing I would change is I would put a small bathroom in the upper level bedroom area. There is a section there than can be converted into a bathroom. I wouldn't want guests to get up in the middle of the night and walk down a flight of stairs to use the bathroom.

Main bath off the kitchen not connected to the bedroom, so you have to traipse through the living areas not to mention steam and odors right there in the kitchen. Pantry and big freezer is down below not practical. No way off that deck to the yard. Big wasted space area downstairs where the double doors are. Too tight dining room better to switch it with the living area. I'm just getting cranked up. It looks very good, great atmosphere but not a practical house at all.

Anyone would buy a home like this in a minute if they had the money! Perfect home for people who have family or middle-aged people or even elderly with the downstairs bedroom and so much room an yet not so much they would not feel comfortable when they have physical problems. Restful and yet can be active with the boats and swimming and watching all the animals outside while on the deck or firepit area, as well as in the Den or Dining room. The little bedroom upstairs could even be great for your adult children coming home. They would love to visit. Very sweet cottage with everything anyone would need and actually not priced badly at all Ready to move in and clean and kept up so nicely.. The furnishings are very nice.

I'd use the lower level as the main bedroom suite & the top floor as a den/studio. Being near the water sounds & the coolness downstairs is great for sleep. Warmth & great views up top would be better appreciated during the day. Otherwise, a great tour & property. Thanks for keeping the BS to a minimum.
