I cannot dislike this video enough, what a deliberate time-waster. In short: no, you cannot Bold just part of the label. He just did what we all do: he copied the tag, made the second tag bold, deleted the corresponding unnecessary parts od bold/normal text and then aligned everything. He could have showed it in a 1 or maximum 2 minute video, so even if you didn't know how to do this, he just deliberately wasted almost a quarter of an hour of your time to get 1,8 cents from KZbin.
