For more info that vision was given to Furina by Neuvillette, its a sovereign vision (not a celestia one) after he regained his draconic authority and master both arkhe alignments, thats why its special and she could manipulate both arkhe too o guess (you can see that her vision has little dragon fangs on it too unlike other Fontaine visions, which were given by celestia) She’s like the first beta tester of that kind of vision lol, the best thank you gift from Neuvillette
