Considering Tobi's signature series Kiesel guitar JUST released, I would guess that has more to do with this video being made. So... Let's bother Pearl to give Spencer some signature toms, or Ziljan to give him signature bells or ddrum for signature drum triggers "OPTIMIZED FOR EXTREME SPEED!" Maybe then we'll get another drum playthrough... It's been close to a decade since the last one!

​@@rexlupis Yeah, that's sad 😥I mean, he doesn't necessarily need to have signature gear to release a playthrough (to my knowledge, he only has signature drumsticks), even though it definitely helps for many reasons. I know he mostly use Pearl and they sent him stuff but I'm not even sure if he's actually endorsed by the brand Wish we could have at least Drum Cams of some songs of their latest album but I guess it's not that simple

@@druminos Not certain, but I have a faint recollection of him being endorsed by all three brands. Most musicians of Spencer's success and ability have endorsements. I can't think of one who doesn't have full endorsements for all their gear. I wouldn't call it sad, though. The extra motivation to promote a product they already use, plus the extra cash so they can live slightly easier lives, is all well deserved. I'm also sure he can do drum playthroughs without a signature anything; the entire band has done playthroughs of various songs over their career before any of them had signature series instruments. The question is if he wants to, considering the playthroughs don't have an insane number of views after almost a decade and seeing Spencer pull it off is part of a reason to get people to pay for tickets to see him live. That is, he has nothing to prove or gain but he does have something to lose.
