Simple and well thought system! I am very happy to see it.

Hi Mark. How is the fridge powered? Does it need a hookup to keep it powered up ?

@@VanEssamobilcampingAustralia Hi Mark. I have 5 questions. 1) With a 3 seat configuration would it be possible to locate the single bed Arco tunnel and kitchen, on the left side, behind the interior module, instead of on the right as at 2:30m. I’d like the floor space for luggage behind the third seat and space for when you get out of bed; be able to use the interior module as a back rest and also be able to use the bed extension, now on the left of the 3rd seat, as a table / work surface. The kitchen would have to be reversed. 2) With the kitchen on a slide out behind the interior module, is there any way of accessing the fridge from inside the vehicle. I will be travelling mainly in a climate that’s often wet and cold! I’d want the interior module to be one with the vanity unit and toilet. I’m guessing not but I think between the end of the Arco tunnel and the interior module there would be a gap where a seat would normally go and so a fridge could go there and be underneath the bed extension that lifts up. Have I worked that out correctly? It wouldn’t be included on the slide out though unless you do longer versions of those or a version of the kitchen with an extra cupboard where the fridge would normally go. Or maybe a Vanessa trunk could go where the fridge would normally go on the slide out. Suggestions? 3) I see that the double bed extension is in 2 pieces and flat. Do you think it possible to store those on their side in the rear space left open in the configuration I’ve mentioned? Just in case needed. Or maybe on top of the Arco tunnel? The extra mattress could be stored on top of the other mattress. I will be s solo traveller most of the time but may have a friend come along on occasion. Any other suggestions? I’d want to safely store a camping table too. 4) Would there be room for all this in a short wheelbase and in addition the chair box on the boot. I’ve not purchased the VW yet. Which model would you recommend? 5) Do you know of a Vanessa outfitter in the UK? If not I’d travel to Germany. Your knowledge of all the different configurations is so good I’d really appreciate your advice. Thank you.

Hi Andrea - a Volkswagen Multivan or California is ideal. The Arco is also made for Marco Polo.
