wonderful, I'd love an outfit like this it would be perfect. As for wet weather well you have the protection of the rear door overhead. Where I live in Australia it almost never rains for 10 months and then when it does it's late summer and so warm you don't let it stop you doing anything.

We have a similar kitchen in the rear in our multivan as these guys say it is a great approach. you don't want to be cooking inside. It was quite time consuming to fabricate so it looks good. This is a way better option especially if your not a craftsman. Ours bolts to the rails to so can be removed to. We have the plastic Engle so taller than the Waeco it just scrapes in to be the same level as the rear seat folded to bed mode. We removed the swivel mid row seats I like the separate battery idea - we replaced the drive battery with a 130amp LPO4 which runs the fridge for 4-5 days and still has over 13volts to crank the engine. The multivan is good as discussed and not a lot dearer than a transporter once you add in the seats, compliance, upholster the walls and insulate the sun blinds etc etc. Way better to drive. there is some guys in Brisbane who will install a poptop if you need it.

It's a choice they're offering - just like the cabinets they have inside so can the dometic fridge, sink and stove can be located I'm sure, but this is there preferred design solution probably suitable for a day-camper, etc..
