Just unboxed mine and tried it out. For some reason the water has come out of the bottom and leaked all over the floor. Don't know what I'm doing wrong. I watched your video to see if I poured the water in the wrong place but that's not the case so I don't know what's going on with the little cube. Thanks for the video, very informative.

Just wanted to point this out, notice how the pictures on the box don't have the little knob/handle to point the vent up or down as compared to your actual unit. Your unit has that little knob thing on the left to point the vent up and down but the pictures on the box don't. I noticed this because I got 2 of these, the first one had the knob and the second one didn't. So I'm actually in search of one that has the knob/moving vent. Do you think you could do me a favor and look on the bottom of the box if you still have it and check the model number?
