Is there an oring at the bottom of the pilot jet that may need to be replaced or does the brass pilot jet just screw into the metal of the carburetor?

I went through my carb and cleaned everything. only change was air fuel screw. set it at 2 turns. now it doesn't want to start accept if in warm weather. when temp drops it try's to fire a little . What should I look at?

Sounds like maybe a choke issue. Is there a chance that is stuck closed? Also, sometime when cleaning and re-assembling a piece of the fuel hose will break off and go into your bowl. Plugging up your pilot jet. Check out that also. Let me know what you find.

Newly installed carb and the overflow keeps flowing after running. What can the issue be?

We have had trouble during winter starting since new 20 years ago. Quad will not idle until warmed up. Should i start with a new pilot jet? It's a 400 MS probably 02 or 03. Should i stay with the same size jet(s)? Just want a reliable machine in winter!

AC500 here and I've tried 2 carbs and they still piss gas out of the overflow drain when given fuel. So lost

I installed a new carburetor for a 400 arctic 4wheeler and the overflo keep running over those the rubber line just connect to the bottom of carburetor outlet and don't connect the other end to any other place..?

I have a 2003 500 TRV with 502 miles. Nothing i do stops gas from leaked out the overflow. A ultrasonic clean made it leak faster. A carb kit got me 4 miles and then died due to flooding and it then dumped its gas in the dirt. Guess i just need a shiny new pos from Amazon?
