Arctic Cat and Polaris snowmobile tether

For a lot of years I didn’t have a tether before they came on the cat in 2019. Had a really close call with one of my kids back in 2016 on an axys with the throttle getting stuck wide open and the sled flying passed me and hitting a tree. Kinda scarey, luckily no one hurt but the sled. Put tethers on everything I own since.

Here's the kicker, that guys sled came with a tether. Tethers don't work if they aren't attached to you. Lots of videos out there of people riding with the tether hooked to the handlebar #wearyourtether
