I just used the Bond Bar bleach for the first time. I live in AZ so it’s been around 115 F and 95 F at night. I did the bleach at night in air conditioning at 77 F. The bleach swelled in the bowl, it was awful and it only took me 15 minutes to get my roots. So if you live in a hot environment be fore warned. Blonde Me is still available online at Amazon and Walmart.

My favourite bleach is Goldwell's Light Dimension Silklift Strong (I have dark brown hair, that get's brassy very easily) and I use it with the 20vol developer! I love it! It's more on the expensive side but soooo worth it ❤ maybe its something for you to try (idk if its available in the US, I'm from Germany 😅) They also have "pre-colored" bleach for a more ashy or pearly blonde and an option with zero ammonia 😊

Hnestly, I don't think it did an amazing job. I mean, yeah, the results are great, but consider your roots were already lighter than usual due to the colour remover. As you said, there are many other brands that work better (by the way, in Spain we can buy Blonde me and any professional brand with no problem, so yay!). The thing I really loved today is your haircut, you look so pretty!

I would love for you to get an ash green demi gloss (Redken shades or joico) and a semi permanent green diluted with conditioner and test them on each pink side of your hair!

That pink reminds me of the Special Effects brand Atomic pink I used in high school. I destroyed my hair trying to get it gone. 4 home bleaches in 5 weeks and a professional visit attempting to bleach and it was still pink. We ended up having to make it dark, chopped off my hair, and I never touched that brand again 😂 I bleached it in November and in May it was still there.

Maybe try that Arctic Fox bleach powder with 10vol on the pink and blue areas...it seemed to lift where it touched the pink areas...

Pink was hardest to get out of my hair I never fully got it out I just let it grow out. Electric blue came out of my hair but hot pink wouldn't

Have you tried using color oppsto remove the pink? I just watched another KZbinr using the color opps to remove a red section of hair. It’s worth a try since it worked for her! ❤❤❤😊😊

Because I didn’t want to put 20volume on my ends. And using bleach to remove semi permanent sometimes drives the pigment further into the hair. It’s better to use a color remover made for removing semi permanent color and then I can use a lower volume as well.

Would you say there are other factors that control the amount of swelling other than the brand of the lightener? I've been using the Schwartzkopf Blondme for a while but I feel like it still swells more than I would like (and more than it looks like it does in your videos). Like a lot less than the cheaper lightener I used before but still a significant amount. Could it have to do with the temperature of the room I'm in, the powder to developer ratio etc.?

I do 25 grams I think bleach and like 30 or 32 grams developer almost one to one it's too runny I think to go full double developer
