I watched so many other tutorials for this and I found it hard to understand since I am only an intermediate player and don’t really know much about power chords or pentatonic stuff, but as soon as I see yours I understand it and learn it, you are brilliant

I wanna learn this so I can say. “To all those fellas out there, that were just to cool to wave their arms during the Pretty Visitors chorus, this ones for your girlfriend.. LADIESSS!” And then transition into this.

Well Marty! Thank you ^^ I picked up the guitar last january at the super young age of 32 years old. Started of with Ac/Dc songs, you helped me learn how to play! And although stuff like Hells Bells or the solo's such as the shook me all night long solo still are to tough. There's always a few licks or pentanics or chords I learn. Thank you for putting all this out there :)

You are really talented when you can play this in one week when you’ve never touched a guitar before man. Good luck! (Totally positive here, although it maybe sounds a bit cynical ;) )

@@naj_z hey, thanks for th encouraging words friend. Nearly got the first part of this song down too. I've tried piano but I just didn't feel it the same way as guitar. It's just intoxicating to play I can't put the damn thing down😀

I remember hearing this song on the radio for the first time and thinking oh my god this is awesome I called my buddy up and said we gotta go see this band about a month later we saw them at Cambridge corn exchange it’s a tiny venue and oh my god they rattled through the whole album and an EP the had just released with 5 or 6 songs on in about an hour I’ll never forget the gig seen them live everytime they’ve toured album’s since Alex turner is the greatest songwriter of his generation comfortably in the opinion of this Englishman. I say that because I’m not sure whether the first few albums they did crossed over in a big way to the states but if you don’t own them go buy them that applies to anyone reading this. The terminology he uses in the lyrics may confuse some people not familiar with the Sheffield accent but it’s worth discovering what he means and remember these guys were writing these tunes as teenagers 🤯
