***** Fucking hell someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.. just because it is the internet, does not mean you have to be a twat.. I must have miss read, thinking they were touring equally (Like Green Day and Blink182 did).. Because since 2007 the have basically been the biggest band in Britain, coming to think of it they hadn't fully broken America at that point and this is prior to them headlining the big American events... + If you read RollingStone and NME articles on this, many people in the comments thought this was stupid.. as Commercially, AM even at that point were much more successful, having 4 number one albums, which Black Keys had never achieved with 7 attempts. Though by now in 2015, I don't see AM supporting anyone really? Maybe their is someone..

Twat ? Now who's being rude ? If you followed the band CLOSELY you might be more familiar with their career trajectory -especially here in the US and not prone to make such statements. When the tour was announced in 2012 it was clearly stated that Arctics were supporting Black Keys with several music media sources reporting it as well. We fans had to suck it up for a short opening set. Seems that a lot of folks only started paying attention when AM was released perhaps leading to the confusion. INVOICE ME FOR THE MICROPHONE ;)

***** I am not an AM bandwagon hopper hahaha I have listened to this band since 2005, since the single I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor, which was released back in October 05.. I am a massive fan of this band and they were the gateway to other music. Though slowly bands like Green Day and Nirvana have taken the place of them as my favourite band.. I am sorry I don't follow their US tours furtherly. "Seems that a lot of folks only started paying attention when AM was released", yeah that album broke the US, they'd already broken Europe, Down Under and South America to be honest, in an interview with the guardian they said that 'In Mexico it was like Beatlemania' and than was 2013. Also nice reference at the end, many people thought that speech made him sound like a dickhead.. Kinda makes me like him even more.. Seeings the guy suffered from anxiety and this whole AM Alex is some odd alter-ego, you may disagree though it is what people who are like that do and I would know, as I do it.
