Find it hard he didn't care that the all blacks didnt win the world cup, I'm just asking but is it a passion when you don't care about the wins and losses? Some of the greats in any sport have had fire in there eyes when losing, you hear ray Lewis say in some of his loses he wouldn't talk to team mates or his family. Not saying ardie is ray Lewis but if he didn't care about the world cup loss which is the biggest even in rugby union then what does he care about in the game? Just asking.
@sammartin39554 жыл бұрын
Of course he cares but I think It was more a get up get over it and move on type of thing rather than dwell on it focus on whats next. Allblacks mentality
@GirthE.Porksword.TheThird4 жыл бұрын
Yeah I think he just worded it poorly.
@mascot20074 жыл бұрын
jsh4bt he just puts it into perspective that it’s just a game at the end of the day and that’s prolly why he’s the best player in the world he just puts all his energy into the 80 mins and then moves on after the game. Some other players overthink the game and they lose before it’s even played.
@theiceproject17194 жыл бұрын
jsh4bt Sonny Bill Williams had the same feeling. I don’t think you could ever question his commitment to any of his sporting arenas they go hard when it’s time but able to put life into perspective not long after.

Welcome to Gen Y and Z in 2020. You would never find an AB from the old days saying this. They are more interested in their fashion, their instagram accounts and being popular these days. I agree with you, it's sickening to see ABs feel this way.

It’ll be good to see Ardie play league but while he’s in his prime anything less than that he’s doing himself and the game a disservice that’s just my opinion though.
@theiceproject17194 жыл бұрын
Toox Talivai I think ending your career with regret would be the ultimate disservice to himself 🙌🏾
@tooxtalivai06904 жыл бұрын
The Ice Project I understand the premise but wouldn’t you rather watch for example prime Ardie or Over the hill Ardie? And as a player would you want the best of you playing or tick the box because I can, even though I’m not at my best anymore version I say this only because if it’s the latter then it is a disservice because someone who could potentially be better ends up having to miss out? What’s your thoughts? Or could I presumed when you make it big build the brand and make hay while the suns shining? Not hating just asking as a subscriber to your channel.

A bit disappointed with a couple of his answers. Makes me think that he doesn't love the ABs like the past players did. When he said he didn't care about the semi loss, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Same with Sonny when he said that. Compare this attitude to Richie McCaw and Dan Carter who both said that they hurt for months after the 07 loss and it made them better players as they used that pain to spur them on to do extra work etc. Then he says he will definitely switch to Samoa if the conditions are right. Man, I can't believe an AB would just want to give up his AB jersey like that. Jonah would never have said this. Lost a bit of respect for Ardie after watching this.
