@johnstreet39555 жыл бұрын
@@romeonaura6246 Who say I'm a strength and conditioning coach? And yes I played both Rugby Union and Rugby League for 15 years and now I'm club Head Trainer for 16 years. Most strength and conditioning coach thing they know what best for a Rugby or Rugby League but that player is still getting hurts badly. That because they are teaching them the wrong break-fall technical skills. Doing break-fall skill must be hire by the right people who has the right knowledge and technical skills. Back flip is not the right break-fall technical skill to avoid breaking bones in fall. How will SBW going to protect himself went his back flip fail in the air and won't make it back safely on his feet?
@calebormsby63515 жыл бұрын
Keegan Smith is one of the best conditioning coaches in the game! Very unorthodox style and completely outside the box thinking! If you look at how the big dogs in the USA train (NBA, NHL, NFL) the biggest stars in those codes are training like this! It prepares an elite athlete to be well rounded and super functional! While most rugby S&C coaches are still doing the same old traditional strength & conditioning type of training programs, Keegan challenges the status quo by doing extremely unconventional movements that cover all areas of an athlete. Strong, fast, fit, mobile, agile, smart, good game-play IQ. I believe many S&C coaches will soon follow his methods.

Would U change your job if U could get 2x what Ur getting for doing same?? SBW decision to quit doggies was the best career move he made for himself for his welfare . You'do the same. Quit bitching . Every player chases better deals. Why do think they hire brokers to negotiate deals. We have more players changing clubs frequently then ever. Yet there's never being a similar outcry. He deserved more at the time. Doggies couldn't hold to him when he was getting better deals abroad. Big Clubs abroad were offering to payout his club to get to him . Name an NRL player who have had this kind of opportunity so you cannot compare. Pllaying for integrity and honour does not exist . Everyone's in it for money in the big league unless you're playing in backyard weekend clubs. Every NRL player would leave their clubs in a heartbeat to play for big money in European rugby union and American football etc. So get over it. Afterall the guy has done more good for doggies team then what his appreciated for .Doggies were a one man team SBW lead them to GF win. So where's your integrity for being unappreciative in disrespecting him like this.
