alecks is the most hardworkin in prx honelsty, dude is a coach and analyst at the same time, from prx officiall video, during a tourney, alecks is the one who always sleep the latest, and wake up earlier to do vod review, strat, and comps, and then do briefing with the boys after, thats why he is so angry when they f around too much hahaha

How many comps prx has alex needs an army to vod review every variation

I think the issue is that a LOT of tier 1/2 coaches can pull up the valo plants and make strats and shit but they are better off as analysts because they are NOT leaders. It's an intangible that i dont think enough teams value. Yea you have a mind for the game but can you prepare the guys for war (so to speak)? can you reset mental mid match? can you turn a half around after its gone to shit? can you keep the boys bought in on your vision? Do you have the drive to keep the young guys humble and focused? are you capable of communicating your vision in a way that the guys can understand? etc. THESE are what separate the analysts from the head coaches imo. A LOT of people in the scene can process information, and have good micro/macro vision. FEW can communicate it to a group in a way that keeps them bought in consistently.

wonder what ardiis thinks of chet. fan perception of chet is bad but a lot of pros respect him. he didnt mention him but he spent a year with the guy so i wonder if that says anything
@suryagounder56864 күн бұрын
His experience on NRG was pretty shit. They openly admitted the team fell apart when they were 1-3 and didn’t really recover so I doubt he has any ill thoughts of Chet considering how early the team imploded

I do think some coaches you just dont get to see whether their good based on their team, th coaches are a good example of that, so i think 70% is a bit high but 50% is honestly reasonable.

Coaches are supposed to put everything together not create big strats that mainly happens in game from the igl because there are so many variables

@ I mean they made it from arguably worst team in pacific to internationals in one year with a shitty budget, and offseason events aren’t a good predictor, otherwise c9 would’ve won everything
