My setup looks same as yours, but I receive an error during model building "The following error occurred during deployment to your hardware board: The generated code exceeds the available memory on the processor. It uses 135.1% of available program memory and 49.9% of available Data memory.". Do you know how to solve this?

While i run the monitor&tune simulation, is it correct that matlab is continuously updating it's parameters on the background? if my simulink program is sending sensor data from the arduino back to matlab workspace, then let matlab do some calculations with it, and then use the result from matlab again in simulink to sent this to for example a motor? I would love to hear your response, because i'm currently doing my graduation project

you don't have to send it to MATLAB. Just use block "MATLAB Function" in Simulink. You can define your function here in MATLAB script.

What the most complex Simulink project can one upload on Arduino Mega ? I'm in initial phase of a project and have to decide whether to use Simulink OR Arduino IDE for programming and once factor I am concerned about is the memory usage of a simulink generated code compared to Arduino Code. Do you know if Simulink code generated any overheads when compared to standard Arduino code ?
