Are $10 Michelin Wiper Blades Worth It? Honest Review!

Works fine on passenger side of 99 Mercury Grand Marquis. Does not make full contact with glass on driver side at centre. Wiper arm is longer on driver side. Installed old winter blade which makes full contact. This problem showed up after two months with minimal use. Both blades 22 inches.

The spring on your wiper arms were not strong enough push the wiper blades to make good contact with the windshield, Check the wiper arms spring, it could be worn out and no more tension. Thanks for watching!!!👍

2022 Toyota sienna. same problem here. Passenger side no streaks, driver side a darn mess after 1 month use

Got these and only lasted about 3 months until the plastic in driver's side wiper locking mechanism snapped and fell off while I was driving

Mine still OK, I even install it on my MDX, even with heavy snow on the windshield, It can still clean it with no problem, Maybe you got a defective one that breaks easily. Thanks for watching!!!👍

They work great I've been using them for years. The only downside is that when I go to Costco, their stock on the wipers sucks they never have the right sizes. Bad Management.

Just purchased a pair from Walmart for about 27$! How would you know what connecter you’ll need for the wiper, when you switched them out? Just match the one I already have on my old wipers?

With a bazillion adaptors & secret tricks for removing & installing something as basic as wipers it's amazing how simple it becomes when you stumble into a vid using the exact wiper blade & car model you're scratching your head over. My biggest fear is ALWAYS that I'll break the connectors or bend something when trying to get something to click off or on that you suspect is supposed to be easy. Either you end up breaking something because you were doing the wrong thing and used too much force to try and "persuade it" or someone who knows what they're doing says "you were doing the right thing but you needed to give it a bit more Oomph". The times I did that and broke something exceeds the times I did it and it was just what the Doctor ordered. So it is nice to have a video that happens to be about EXACTLY what I needed

That snow hitting the windshield sounded like rocks😖. I cant believe how expensive wiper blades got. Anco and trico used to be three and a half dollars at Autozone and Pep Boys. Now, the cheapest blades they have are Duralast at $13.

Yes it sounded like rock but it's actually pieces of ice mixed in the snow, So far in my opinion, these Michelin wipers are the best value wipers that I've used. I love them. Thanks for watching!!!👍

On the J hook of the wiper arms, just compress the tab of the wiper then puss down, this will release the wiper. Thanks for watching!!!👍

For Corolla 2019 with J hook, which adapter do I choose? D? I first tried D but it seems loose after installation. Then I tried C, but I could not remove it now? How to remove C?

Just try to cut the plastic adapter with a cutting plier and just destroy it. Since you don't need this anymore, then install back the other one, it's ok to be a bit loose as long as it's not coming off the wiper arm. Thanks for watching!!!👍

After buying 4 sets, I think these are junk. Are loud and a bit streaky. Easy to install but better to spend a little bit more on rain x

Adaptors would not work with 20 Outback. Their videos are not accurate.

Attention Michelin : Youre making the design too complicated. Keep it simple. Make it work well and then STOP CHANGING THE DESIGN OF THE LOCKING CLIP. It should be very very simple. There shouldnt be 10 different designs smh 😒

I feel your pain. Since I don't have "the knack" (as they say in elite mechanically inclined circles) I hunted around till I found something pretty much EXACTLY the blade model (Guardian) and car model I was trying to install. Once it was absolutely clear for a "knack free" guy like me it installed no problem and looks like it works well. Time will tell. Supposed to rain like hell so I should know soon
