Hello thanks for this, it's really helpful. I'm just wondering, does the Voltage lower after 30 seconds/1 minute. It would make sense that there would be a surge to start out with

Great question. I would expect it to be higher to begin with as it heats up and then it would maintain its warmth after that, but I only monitored it using my power station for the first 20 seconds when it was warming up and using consistent wattage. I should have monitored it over a few minutes. It's been warm all year so I haven't taken the blanket out of the cupboard yet this year, but it will turn cold in May, so I'll test it out then :)
