Every number 10 in top flight football is struggling, because it's a dead position. Look at isco, dybala, coutinho, ozil, nobody is a starter, dybala is adapting to new roles in order to get any time on the pitch, it's clear managers see that the game has evolved in a way where n 10 roles havent got space to play, either you play in a Iniesta role or are as consistent as David silva. If not don't bother cause you will not be a starter

They missed the whole FFP rules on increase in wages. Arsenal have reach the allowed increase of about 7%. So they can't sign anyone without going against the FFP rules. Come on, don't sit on a show talking about stuff, and not being informed. They can sign, if they sell some players (özil 300k /week). Problem is that no one wants to sign these players. If arsenal would sign a new player now, the can expect fines or being excluded from europa games (FFP rules). All of what i said have been covered in many different articles on the webb. Just google it. Yes much of it is based on speculations, and im the first to say that i might be wrong, but it is more plausible than Arsenal not having money for signings (transfer fees)
